R99.00 contract is a hoax

<p>NEVER did I pay R99.00 pm for a R99.00 per month contract which I took out Game on ********** . Despite me speaking to an agent put a limit so as not to exceed it my bill continues to surprise me. Why is a package if a limit cannot be put on it. Sadly disappointed with the sales and service I have thus far received from Cell C. </p>
