R941.98 wrongly debited from my account ( Cell C )

Evening,

Date 02/06/2020 i cancelled my contract with Cell C. So it happened that i managed to close it month of June all the remaining balance R3450.00. Month of July they didn't debit anything, August they debited which i don't know why, i went to Cell C Mall of the North and Savannah Mall Cell C to ask why debit when i closed my account and no one could explain to me why they debited that amount which was R941.98. Since they couldn't tell me i decided to reverse the money back. Last week Tuesday they debited again also reversed it back. Today they debited again, i can't be going up and down because of Cell C if they don't understand they're billing system.

I'm not willing to pay this amount without a full and clear explanation. The agreed amount of the contract was R390 with VAT per month

Can someone from Cell C billing department contact me *** to explain the billing since no one in the stores can explain to me.

I want Cell C to stop debiting my account and clear all outstanding amounts on my account because they're invalid. It also costs me in bank charges to reverse the debit order and also affecting my credit scoring.
