R8630 for what? apparently, deplorable service !!!!!!!! (not shocked)
When you are on a month-to-month contract with Cell C, and you want to cancel your contract and they hit you with an "early cancellation request" that costs R8630 to bring into effect.
Why the hell am I on a month-to-month contract then?
Cell C - please make contact on email only, as I am not in SA. My cell phone number of 084 899 does not work.
Also, you have my email address.

I have told you repeatedly that I live abroad and that my SA number is no longer in use. So I have provided you with my international number to which your department rep**** that they cannot phone international numbers and i understand. I then provided my email address but ALAS i have not heard any feedback on the email address provided,
ALL i want is for you to explain how the hell i can have a month to month account costing R368 and to cancel this month to month account will cost me R8630
HOW THE HELL? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!
