R7 500 for a black berry???

I have asked for answere's from cell c?? ive written to ICASA and as well as the national Consumers board. I had a blackberry 9360 taken at southgate mall. the 199 times 24 months contract was ****** after a month i then app**** for another phone ,, at the end of the initial ****** contract get told im now listed on ITC for R7 500??that to me in my opinion is a *******, the handset alone was nothing more than R2000 why must i pay almost R10 000 as if i took out a contract for an iphone?<br> <br> I have never had an easy experience with Cell C and its a shame that i ended up cancelling all my lines as a resut of unproffesionalism as well as incorrect billing structures.
