R600 + of airtime missing no feedback

So basically I was sent R1000 airtime by my father and a couple days to a week later my airtime dissapeared overnight while asleep. I lodged a complaint with them and basically they tried to blame the missing airtime on me signing up for prepaid services which i have never done, After I got off the phone with them they promised to gie feed back and nothing has been happening ever since. Ive talked to them via social media and they told me that the matter has been resolved when it hasnt and after that they promised to call me and its been a week and nothing. They now ignore all communication from me and have been ducking me ever since. i hate this network and all it stands for. I nolonger want the money back I just want acknowledgement of their **** up.
