R539 for 100GB pm, get first 3 months free

CellC Secunda Mall, I think you guys are not competant at what you are doing. You are very fast to sell a contract but when it comes to sort out a mistake you made, then you can't sort it out. I have been running between call centre and store, each directing me the other way. None of them actually know what they doing.

So there is this contract at CellC, where you get 100GB data, anytime, for R539 a month. With that you get 2 yellow tickets, with these you can choose to have 3 months 100GB subscription for free. Meaning for the first 3 months you pay nothing, as confirmed by cell c store secunda mall and call centre they phoned to sort out my contract issue. After the first month, they deducted the full amount, promising end Dec, end Jan and end Feb will be for free. Well thank you CellC, you broke your promise so early in the new year. I paid for it again!!!! So now I will have to run between the store and call centre again, wasting hours of my time, because guys at call centre do not know about deals and I can not follow up to confirm that issue was sorted out. Plus cell c secunda mall, you make promises to phone me back, even the manager makes promises to phone me back and keep me informed, thank you, I am still waiting CellC
