R50 for a Sim Swap - ****************

Cell C want to charge R50 to do a swim swap for a sim card which they supp**** to me about 3 months ago. Never have I ever had an issue where a sim card gets damaged. I am a contract customer who maintains a very good account with them. I am very disgusted in their service as the lady who was assisting me very rudley put the phone down when I was stating that this surely shouldn't be my fault that the sim card (a very new one at that) is damaged. <br> <br> I am surely going to cancel my contract with them. They are as good as the ******* who ***** from people who work very hard for their money!!!!!!
