R50 for a sim swap?
I am currently on a Cell C topup package and recently bought a new cell phone that requires a micro sim. I bought a new cell c sim and called customer care to do a sim swap. I found out that I have to pay R50 for the sim swap. Why do I have to pay R50 for a sim swap when a person on pre-paid does not have to pay anything at all.
