R50 airtime is gone including 35MB of free data

My data and airtime just vanished, called customer care they advise that it was used on internet at a certain time, at that time I was at home where I use Wireless adsl which means I do not use my mobile data. I Spoke to Thembaguhle who advised they can only generate a report of usage once a month which is complete and utter bull. They are using iWeb data centre which can generate reports on demand. Where do these people get off pulling the wool over peoples eyes? how many people has this happened to? My wife had the exact same issue with her with her I loaded R30 airtime apparently we are the only two people with this issue. <br> <br> I want my R50 airtime back immediately, there was no even warning sms stating that my data is almost depleted either.<br> <br> I have been severly inconvenienced and want severance on top of my damn ****** AIRTIME
