R5 Whattsapp Bundle

I have a Blackberry Bold and loaded the newly advertised R5 Whattsapp bundle through Cell C. <br> <br> My whattsapp still did not work, so I contacted the call centre, only to be told that the R5 Whattsapp bundle does not work on Blackberry's!!!<br> <br> I asked for a refund and the call centre refused, saying that I could only get a refund if a call centre agent loaded the bundle and not if I loaded it myself...<br> <br> Surely there should be some sort of warning before they take your money for this service... I even received an email saying that the Whattsapp bundle had been successfully loaded!<br> <br> I refuse to believe that I do not wuality for a refund of the R5.. it's not the money but the principle?
