R331 (7% of R4679) Refund for trying to pay R46.79 to Cell C

<p>Cell C only paid back R4348 on a eft error of R4679 paid in addition to their debt payment of R46.79</p> <p>No break down communication explaining this. Is this fair to a loyal client/consumer . .Moses never bother to return emails ,FSB should check this .They made interest for the 4 July to 25th day with my money in their account .</p> <p>I rather take R331 back from debit orders & get account closed</p>
