R331 (7% of R4679) Refund for trying to pay R46.79 to Cell C

<p>CellC deducts Debit order amout from refund due before the debit order day</p> <p>This is undue exercise as no agreement to take money from my refund ,my debit order date is the 27th and the refund was made on the 26 ( meaning Cell C took money on a wrong date and from a wrong fund)</p> <p>My cash stayed in the CellC bank account from the 4th and yet they took this months debit before 27th as per the contract . This is generating Cell C's intrest as their account is loaded with our cash .I need I written clarity to my via email . PROMISES OF RESPONSES FROM PREVIOUS COMPLAIN not HONOURED .</p>
