R300 to cancel a R100 contract?????

<p>So my mother has a contract with Cell C, she is very ill, so I am making this complaint on behalf of her. She has a contract with you for a R100 or so, she wanted to cancel the contract as it is long over 24 months. She requested a cancellation and was advised that she had to R150 which she did and it will take a month, after a week the service was suspended. She was then advised to pay another R182, which she also did. Today was she was advised to another R207. For what???? seriously?? waht is wrong with you Cell C? Why must all this money be paid which is almost 3 times the monthly value of her contract? how F&cking diffucult is it to just terminate a contract which she is elligible to do?</p>
