R200 just disappear from my Cell C pre-paid account in a couple of days, just missing

I bought R200 airtime and within a few days it disappeared, leaving me with 0 balance although I have Telkom Wi-Fi; I dont often phone and when I DO it is a whattsapp call vie Telkom I am bitterly disappointed, I could have been on the road and in a emergency and wont be able to mphone for help. I have bought a shoutout whattsapp bundle and sms bundle from cel c in case I am not near my wi-fi I really want and need my R200 airtime o be refunded on my phone
