R1927.17 WORTH DATA BOUGHT FROM MY ****** HANDSET

My phone & laptop were ****** from my work Office on Monday, 23 Feb 2015 around 1pm, and within hour later my sim-card was used to buy 40GB of data. We've only realized this from our debit order deductions last night and when we presented the case to Cell-C, we were told that there's nothing they can do. We have an affidavit (including incident day & time) that the phone was ****** but even with that, they can't help us. I've even asked the call-centre lady to check our records since we've signed-up our contract with them, we've NEVER bought data, not even for R10...yet again, \sorry mam
