R120 airtime lost to Cell C
Considering the generally ******* service from Cell, perhaps I shouldn't be surprised but this takes the cake. I top-up with R500 airtime and I transfer R120 to another (2nd) Sim - I have screenshots to prove it. I try make calls on the 2nd Sim but I can't. Then I do a Balance Check and find that the R120 never got to the second sim .... so where is it?

17 Mar 2023, 10:40The Dial *133*1# you suggested tells me I have TWENTY SEVEN SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!
But that is not possible - I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING.
Why does Cell C permit other 'services' to intrude onto my mobile and into my life, without my permission.?

17 Mar 2023, 12:00That is absolute ******* - I do NOT generally look at websites on my phone. I use the computer in my office; and when I do look at websites it is only SAFE websites and mostly news sites.
I DID NOT (EVER) SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SERVICE ....
If CellC has permitted ANY service provider to send me messages or solicit subscriptions, then I will hold CellC responsible; so kindly get someone to call me to sort this out. I do not have the time to UNsubscribe to 27 services that I NEVER subscribed to.
