R10 000 buy out failure

Cell C have a buy out deal on and my husband and I decided to take this opertunity to cancel my contract with vodacom and move over to Cell C. <br> We live 250km away from PE so to go and get all the necessary stuff sorted out takes some planning. on arrival in the shop we were told to go to vodacom with the cancelation letter and pay in the difference on the buy out. We were told that vodacom will give us a ghost number which we would bring back to them and then they can port my current number over to them. <br> Vodacom said they cant give me a ghost number until Cell C have paid the difference (R10 000) before they release my number. <br> This has now been going on for 5 days and Cell C are refusing to pay this buy out amount over to vodacom. So i have been without any means of communicating and my clients are starting to get fed up. My husband has given them until the end of today to be sorted out. <br> i am so disappointed. <br>
