R0.98 cents No paid up letter.

I am absolutely appalled at cell c my husband passed away on the 27 Dec 2022 to make the story short i had to pay the account in order for them to make the cell numbers prepaid his statement balance for July 2023 showed R628 and that's what i paid AND THE NUMBERS WERE CHANGED TO PREPAID . SO AS OF THE 31 JULY 2023 THIS ACCOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED ABOVE THEM BLOCKING US JUNE AND JULY FROM USING THE DATA AND CALLING OUT .... not once did they come back to me or said anything to me about 0.98 cents. why were we charged 0.98 cents after the account was settled and closed? i have requested a paid-up letter that the account was paid and settled for the estate i was then told that I HAD TO PAY 0.98 CENTS BEFORE I COULD GET THE LETTER REALLY CELL C, i will never recommend you guys. SHOCKED BEYOND WORDS ..... 0.98 CENTS.....
