So Cell C is not going to call me on my cell to explain what happened to my night data this was escalated last week tuesday until today no one has called to explain .i am sitting here with a ref number and i am not going to waste my time and do a follow up. they must do their job and deliver as they promised ,yeer cant wait for this contract to end mxm

Please note that is not what I was told when I took the contract hence I requested for THE RECORDING to listen to the call when I initially took the contract ,I was advised it will carry over if I don't finish my allocations within a month .so my query is if that is the case the consultant was suppose to explain which data I am going to carryover and which one will be forfeited ,so I need my data its not my fault that she didn't explain

16 Apr 2021, 14:07That is not what I was advised on, so why the consultant **** to me ?..I wouldnt have taken this had I known ..hidden claws so you can rob me .customers making them pay for the service then u fail to deliver..I will sue cell c for lying to me
