Quiry to go to ombudsman

Bad service from Cell c at Golden walk in Germiston, I reported blasted power bank that l received from them but instead they referred me to Huawei shop at East Rand mall and East gate and they claimed that is not belong to them. I drove to East Rand mall no office there, and I decided to go Eastgate later still wasn't any office. Until Cellc Eastgate escalated the matter to their HQ, they did not want to apologize to me and never wanted to hear the side of my story. I spent petrol to traveling both malls and that blasted power bank done damage to my office, one of colleque is now sick due to this blast.
