Quick Thinking

I would just like to compliment Cell C on this occasion in regards to my previous complaint pertaining to me not receiving the Cellphone protective cover that I was promised. I was assisted by a Mr. Maropeng in the complaints department regarding this matter and the gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and understood my concerns fairly and without prejudice and I would like to thank him for that, I know that I may have been a bit difficult, but he stuck with me and made an effort to keep me satisfied, I like that he thought on his feet when he knew that he couldn't give me what I wanted
