quick on online sales but unable to deliver on promises for delivery dates

I started applying for the 60gb data offer from cel c on 13 June and was told that there is a credit problem from years ago, this was resolved via hello peter on 14 june. After being told that cell c would phone me first thing in the morning of 15 June and receiving no call I phone cell c sales and spoke to Rendani Mabirimisa, I completed the application and mailed her the supporting documents an hour after that. I asked when I can expect delivery so that I could arrange leave from work and was told 22 June would be OK. On 23 June after not receiving anything I called cell only to hear that nothing has been approved for delivery, the cell c lady checked what the status was and called me back several times to confirm that the 24th June would not be possible but that I can take leave for the 27th June as they would deliver for certain. Suffice to say that by 3pm I called cell c only to hear that maybe I will receive it before the 1st of July 2016. Interesting to listen to the advert when you hold on for an opperater that everyone wants a cell c deal and that cel c knows how important our time is so please hold on a little while longer. OH REALLY!!! The two days leave cost me more than four months of your subscription and one more day to come will make it half a years subscription. Dissapointed to say the least and this is how I get to start off a 2 year contract with cell c.

Mmm, what can I say. I finally received the package on 30 June 2016 only after I had already left at 6am for a one day fishing trip to a local resort, the SMS from the courier service I received after 9am on 30 june, stating that I must ensure that someone be available at the address between 8am and 5pm, once again I ask, should this SMS not be sent to clients at least one day before the time so that the necessary arrangement s can be made by clients? Not to say the least we had to contact someone to go and house sit until the package got there.

After I arrived back on 1 July 2016 I installed the sim card and received a SMS that 1gb night and day time data had been loaded, so did I lose this as I only activated the sim on 1 July 2016 and I never asked for and additional capped limit of R250 as I assumed that it is already capped at the data limit that I pay for and only that.

So at personnel financial loss on leave taken in trying to sort out the delivery debacle I finally received the product.

I take note of your apology but do something about it in order to prevent it happening to other clients!!!
