Questionable billing practices! *****ing us off!

How does almost 8GB of data get used in less than 5 minutes? I don't do downloads don't watch movies online. I only use data for my studies for submitting assignments. I generally use about 3GB per month. But the first week of Dec, I used almost 8GB which lasted less than 10 min and could not even submit my assignment.<br> <br> When I called Cell C, they told me they will do a validation report and findings will be available in 48 hours (and then refund will follow). I have never heard of them ever since.<br> <br> This behavior makes Cell C look like ******, ********. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDTHEM TO ANYONE.
