QUERY REMAINS UNRESOLVED
I received a call from Mpho on 3 September regarding my ongoing query iro. messaging. He told me that they had RE-SET MY SIM and that he would call me on 6 September to check whether the problem was solved. I haven't heard a word and the problem is still with me???
