I logged my query via e-mail on the 27 of july 2015,an automated email response was recieved,on the 28th received another email promising that i will be contacted within two working days,2 workings elapsed i decided today that i will contact cellc me myself to only find out that the call centre agents do not know about my query,I'm very dissapointed with service being offered to me, I someone from cell c to contact me and let me know how far are they with this query,query ref number ***.
