Query never solved

Ive posted here on the 29th of May regarding my cellphone bill that is to high. I was promised that it has been resolved and the money was due to me was refunded back into cellc's account. I contacted the call centre and was advised tht the money used to pay up my account of R338 which i did not pay last month? It seems im going in circles coz yet again the account is R338 and not R262. Numerous complaints and queries and im hack where i started this is frustrating i thonk all that is left is for me to stop paying this account.
