****py service or the lack of it

Cell C is the most ****iest network. So I tried recharging my account because I needed to make an urgent call, mind you it’s a matter between life and death. It keeps saying the service is unavailable. So I contacted the call center on 140, before you even get to speak to an agent you listen to a whole lot of unnecessary stuff, I mean this is a damn emergency, only for me to hear this stupid message at the end “ sorry but we are experiencing technical difficulties “

Im in the middle of nowhere and I need urgent help. The ****** self service option is useless, I can’t get through to any agent, I’m literally doomed. If I die, I hope cell c will be happy with the fact that this was their damn fault
