battling to get a paid up letter exhausted to be calling and transferred to legal department for the hundred time can i just get a paid up letter for gods sake the 48 hours is way past overdue this is ****py service today i just spoke to Nomasonto who said i must wait for 7 days what service is this .....I need that paid up letter Asap very UNHAPPY
