****py Mecer Notebook
I have a laptop contract with cell C,well I thought my gadget was a laptop as per the sales lady recommendations but it turned out the lady from cell C ****.She sold me a notebook instead of a laptop.Now the notebook has limited functionalities.I want cell C to take back their notebook ,it's only a month old.thiis things volume doesn't even work.When I went to the cell C store at Jabulani mall to return it ,they refused saying they don't have them in stock. I don't mind upgrading as long as I get a laptop not a notebook. Mecer notebooks are ****py & I'm paying a lot for this ****. If cell C doesn't give me something better then my contract should be cancelled.

The agent **** to me just to make a sale!!!
I have 3 other devices that I'm paying for at cell C.
I want all of them cancelled if this isn't sorted out today.

11 May 2020, 11:34I don't know if cell c agents are dense or something.I didn't say I wanted to have this notebook taken in for repairs.I said I don't want a notebook.Come take it back & cancel our contract.if you can't replace this for a laptop then cancel the contract or get your CEO to call me.it is my right as a consumer to speak to a CEO if his company is failing me.Why am I being denied that right????????????????
Stop ****ing withe or is this being done because I'm black?
We know how black consumers are taken for granted.
I won't use this notebook ,it's not faulty.I just don't want it
