****py cell c worst network provider with no professionalism

Cell C Worst pathetic of a network. They mislead me into a new contract now when i ask for voice recording the customer care agent they ask to go to a store. Its been 1 month since a ***** case has been lodge at cellc there was a feed back advising me that they will send a courier to fetch my devices as they are fully aware that there network in my area is Terrible. Now Cell c advises that i should continue to pay my bill at the end of the month but i havr recieved no services from them. All the consultant spoken to till date always use the words we can see that there is an issue but not sure of how it is going to be resolved. Cellc legal department apparently doesnt exist email or telephonically. Who do we reach out for help is regards to *****.
