Cell c will never give me peace of mind and as long as I'm unhappy with the service I will turn to Hello Peter

I recently complained about Cell early May if not late April, I was was assisted by social media agent by the name Palesa, she always assists but after her help I always get thrown to the pathetic consultants who choose to give attitude to a troubled client, the recent one being Moses Mo***eng who is meant to assist but decided to be rude

I'm tired of cell c.. I'm tired of their half trained employees.. I'm tired of Employees who have never heard of customer first, I don't believe in client in always being right but I believe good customer service

I was told to send my proof of not working with my ID copy and proof of address, which I did in the 27th May, I was contacted by a Moses Mo***eng who clearly didn't look into my complaints or email, he made me retell my story and in the middle of that he asks for my name, I asked how he's calling me without knowing who is calling and he just said I should give him my name so I hung up because I did not want to say something I would regret
