Putrid Service

***** was committed on my bank account where my contract and my wife's contract is debited from monthly, and my account was then suspended till the investigation is over, I then made a plan for money to pay cell c, sent proof of payment and all and to my surprise they called me and my wife telling us our accounts are in arrears, we then told them we made payment and sent proof of payments, and these idiots' customer service is just thee worst, the one department says it is not in arrears then we get further calls from another department saying it is, I am tired of cell c and will no longer be doing any business with the network provider once our contracts has ended with them.
