Putrid reception/signal

For the last while now I have been struggling with getting good reception, if any at all. And this happens alost everywhere, even at home where it used to be great. There are some placea where I don't get any reception at all...but did before. Why am I paying so much for this pathetic service. It's never available when I need it. Please assist.

I was called by Cell C and the call dropped because of the signal. I was advised to do a sim swop which i would have to pay for. Why must I pay? Then I was sent this sms:

Dear Cell C Customer, are you satisfied with the feedback to your query? Please reply with Yes or No. Regards Cell C.

Are you serious?

And followed by this sms.

We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: ********** 288. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C

I do not want to receive an sms. How will this be resolved without calling me?

Please assist urgently.
