Putrid customer services

I called into the contact centre to dispute a data charge. I came through to a consultant by the name of Sizwe Tshabalala. Usually I buy 1 gigabyte of data every week since I've had my new handset. This evening I recharged my phone with 150 Rand airtime. Cell C gave me 400 megabytes of data as a thank you for my recharge. Within 1 hour of using all the usual applications actually using less applications then what i usually do but my data as well as my airtime was up. When I spoke to Sizwe about this I asked to speak to a manager and he denied my right to do so by literally saying a manager will not take my call. I then Explained to him that I've been in the industry before and that you cannot say no to a customer when asking to speak to a manager I then further asked him if he is still denying my right to speak to a manager I would like a yes or no answer if he would let me speak to a manager, He then went on and said no I cannot speak to a manager when I ask him to repeat this while I had my phone record him he put me on hold without telling me that he will be doing so. I then dropped the line got through to another manager after requesting to speak to one from another consultant and asked him to listen to my call. Nakko (the manager) acknowledged that my rights to speak to a manager was denied as well as the fact that I wasn't told that I was going to be put on hold he just did so without any warning what so ever. when I asked what was going to be done about it he then said that you they will listen to the call with Sizwe and he will tell him where he went wrong. I have been with Cell C since 2014. I asked the manager to check how much money I actually spent on my prepaid line in the past month and it was actually as much as a contract. Can you believe i pay roughly R425 for a prepaid line and This is the putrid customer service I get??When I asked what was going to be done about this all that he kept saying was that it would be escalated and it can take up to 48 hours for a data validation to be done. And that he He also had to follow Cell C procedures but is it Cell C procedure to treat customers with such utter disrespect? Is this what loyal customers get in return for spending so much money on a prepaid line without a handset? If I haven't received a resolution from cell c within 48 hours to this utter disregard for good service I will no doubt be taking my number over to another network.
