Putrid and retarded service about to cost Cellc

CellC just debited me for an additional month I reserved the last month debit order and the added R70 penalty fees which is fine

However the debit order increased by R170 - I'm giving your 24hours to pay the additional fees or i will get hand cellc over to my Debit collect team under Certificate No ***/20 - Included will be fee for my phones and hand-over fees

Added to this is the fact my sim has not worked since Feb this year - I' haven't used a cent of airtime or DATA - your store wanted to charge me R200 for a sim!!!!!!!!
