Put the power in whose hands??

<p>Cell C call centre experience - what a nightmare. Calling to block sim/cellphone after a ******* I met with the most unhelpful call centre agent( Thabelo Pandelani).</p> <p>After not being able to remember the last 2 cell phone numbers I dialled, I failed the blocking my own sim/ blacklist phone test - not withstanding the fact that one dials names , speed dials .Why on earth are those iscons on the phone... why is there a people directory...please.. ??</p> <p>Really?? What customer what willingly want to block their own sim/cellphone?? </p> <p>Where does Cell C do their customer service training?? </p> <p>They certainly put the power in their own hands - by trying to fool the customer.</p>
