Put me on ITC as a non payer

On 10:01:11 | Sun 1 Nov 15 I wrote a complaint to Cell C on this exact forum, about the fact that I they keep on suspending my line every month. Mpho called me and we found that the nature of the problem was that I did not receive my monthly account. I then paid R350 on my account, that was supposed to beR200, in advance. I received a statement via e-mail in November on which I then paid in R400, on the first of November. Accordin to me I have to be at least 1 or 2 months in advance, as my line is suspended when it reaches a limit of R151, as arranged with Cell C.I have app**** for a home loan in the last week of November, but no bank will assist me in this matter as Cell C has had me listed as a non payer on ITC. I do not understand how the hell this is possible, as my account is paid in advance. It seems that every time a problem is caused by Cell C's incompetence, and rectified by them afterwards, they do not make a note of it for the all the departments to take note of it. They are now the direct cause of me not being able to buy a house because they listed me on ITC for none payment of an account that is actually paid in advance. I want my name removed from ITC immediately!
