Purposefully with holding information
I signed up for a sim only voice bundle/mins contract. When signing up they explained the terms and conditions. However only a 2 weeks in to the contract I realised I could not phone 086 numbers it stated that these numbers did no exist.
On calling Cell C they informed me yes that you can't call 086 nor 087 number you would need to load airtime for this. I believe that iltgis information is with held on purpose as who would agree to a minutes contract if you can call the most important numbers in your client list.
Banks Medical aid Insurance Companies Toll free numbers.
I think Cell C should be open with clients.

Please note no term and condition where received as we signed up telephonically, secondly your consult never mentioned this when reading the terms of contract and payment because when cancelling I kindly invited you to listen to the recording, the next day I was released from the contract?
Next time apologies and state you will look into it or you will bring it under the sales managers attention. Don't refer to terms and conditions you assumed was given. Very bad for business.

While the terms and conditions might not have been read out in their entirety, however, you would have been advised to check them on our website, assuming that you didn't receive a hard copy of the terms and conditions when the package was delivered.
However, it is as you've been advised that inclusive minutes, free minutes, or bundled minutes don't apply to premium numbers.
