Pure perjury, the power was never in my hands

<p>I am so irate and furious right now. I am not one to spare my energy on a company. After having my dilemma resolved this afternoon, I open my package to find Cell C has provided me with a 15cm cable to charge the router without a standard pin, just to call in and have an agent rectify me on how I should ask a question, and on top of that I am being sent from pillar to post all they know is how to make one "confirm personal details for safety reasons". I want to cancel this router!! Can arrangements be made for collection, I am not about to waste energy on such and to feel like a lunatic. Everything is a h***le from delivery to setting up.</p>
