Purchase vanishes

I purchased Godzilla King of the monsters for R155 on black. This I did a couple of months in advance as it was advertised as coming soon. On the month that the movie was supposed to be available to watch, it had disappeared and not appearing on searches. How do you advertise coming soon movies or series and then take them off with no warning...... Its really irritating. And I've noticed that there are no updates of new movies recently
