I'm very disappointed with cell c on the 11th /01 /2022 i received a call from cellc sales person to offer me a phone contract which is huawei nova y60 and our agreement was 1 phone with benefits and the other 1 without benefits and with monthly payment of R314 for 2 phones things change when i receive a statement of R764, 22 and when i call them, the consultant lady was protecting the sales person who offered me the phones by saying i did agree to the contract of both phones with benefits which is wrong and she was forcing me to agree, for what she's saying which i couldn't and i won't because i know exactly what i said on that day to sales person(Bongani) that lady said to me she is going to listen to the recording of that day when she comes back to me said i agreed to both phones with benefits and she quoted the words from Bongani when he said thank you for the great choice, which was the word she heard from all the recordings And that was because she wanted to protect her colleague instead of doing what best for people who brings money to their business What i want is cell c to fix their mess and do what i agreed for not what they want me to do because of their mistakes, i regret the day i answer that call and i won't recommend them to anyone.
