Hi i have two contract with cell c i never pay any any amount reason is that i was upgrading then they fail to deliver a phone Samsung A51 then after after 3 to four days they deliever only screen protector and i tried calling several times. My problem cannot be solved because on call center they always open cases. And this matter is from 2020 November till now even the person who was recieving a pacel past away

My threat now is that i will be blacklisted because i dont want pay for something i didn't recive and last year i did and upgrade on other contract as i said i have two contract now i can't pay this phone because the matter is not solve and is one account
