<p>I have two contracts with Cell C which I moved from Vodacom. Since then I have spent more time with Cell C customer service in the few months I have been with them than all my years with Vodacom.</p> <p>I have called numerous times about various problems. One is my itemised billing. The other is that there are certain numbers that I simply cannot call. According to me these are perfectly normal numbers although Cell C classifies many of these numbers as 'special' numbers which are not covered by the minutes in my contract.</p> <p>I now wish to cancel my contract with Cell C but just found out that I would then have to pay the entirety of the remaining contract. This, according to me, is simply ludicrous as I am not the one in breach of contract.</p> <p>I also want to add that according to the CPA, any contract that is not fully explained in plain language is considered null and void, which is the case with the 'special numbers' and the fact that they are not covered by the minutes included in my contract when I signed on for these new contracts.</p> <p><br />I do not wish to converse with the call centre or technical department, as again, I have spoken to them numerous times. When somebody contacts me or responds to this review, I would like to speak to someone higher up that can actually help me and not just transfer me from department to department.
