Providing wrong infomation!

Today I called into Cell C to deactivate my old BlackBerry 10 package to the new BlackBerry 10 R99 Elite package and the consultant advised me that they no longer deactivate the package and activate another in the same month and I had to wait till the end of the month or purchase data bundles.. She was also rude,spoke over me and when I told her I will be putting this on HP she transferred the call to another extension that took ages to answer and I had to hang up! When I called again,the other agent was able to get it done for me.. I queried about why Cell C did not notify us and that first agent said when we call in then only they notify us!!! What kind of service is this!! I want the call recording for this incident
