Provident fund delay

To say that I'm frustrated is an understatement, during retrenchment in October I realised that there was an error with my provident fund which I highlighted to HR, they promised me not to worry about it as it should be resolved without any hassles. I can say someone was *********** because for some reason my name was put on a list of people who were outsourced therefore CellC gave Alexander forbes my details and my funds were transferred to dimention data now almost five months later my provident fund is still not paid and the people who messed up are not even trying to help resolve this issue. I'm now told that I need to wait till May because for some reason the FSB is taking its own time to approve the transfer which should have never taken place in the first place which I feel its ridiculous and unfair
