Protection from identity theft ?Musgrave Centre Branch 11/10/2020

Cell C does not answer their option to terminate a contract. Even though 1,4 I have renewed my one contract within the last month, they asked for a copy of my id book pages 1.4,5. refused to send an email requesting this information directly, and refused to accept a certified copy of my id. What protection is Cell C giving me against identity theft. How can they give me a contract but not terminate a contract on the same basis
