Proof of Purchase

<p>I went to Cell C Carlton Centre to request proof of purchase for my device, as it was delivered to them. I was told that documents are sent to Head Office and I should call the Insurance company. I believe that the store should be able to assist me instead of referring me, whose job is it. Were has customer service gone, who must follow up. I'm struggling to get the document, as it was left at the store and never got a copy when I collected the phone. Someone has to answer and stop lazing around, I need the Delivery note/Invoice of my device that was replaced by the insurance. Not a letter of replacement sent by the insurance.</p>
