Proof of payment allocated and still ****ing does a double debit order

After sending my proof of payment on Saturday taking off from work losing money i need. Cell c has the ****ing audacity to. Do a double debit order i was one step. Ahead. Took all. My funds out so they cant do same as last time. ****ing fed up with this **** up of a company. You will refund my bank fees and cover my loss of income i will eft my payment again and try this **** again and ill takr further action. Bunch of useless ****s working at cell c ****ing disgrace
