Proof of Payment
I would like Cell C to activate my phone that has just been wrongly deactivated due to \NON PAYMENT"The only way to send a proof of payment to cell c is via fax and no one uses a fax anymore. Apparently Cell c has not heard of the wonders of email proof of payments nor does cell c allocate payments made timeously.<br> <br> I have to pay manually"
