Proof of payment

Good day <br> <br> Please assist with the below.<br> I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 3 weeks to get a proof of purchase for my Samsung Note 3.<br> I require the proof of purchase so that I am able to get my phone repaired. I have called the call centre a number of times but I have just been given the run around and been transferred from prepaid to postpaid call centre and back again.<br> <br> I have even sent an email to custserv to try and get a copy of my proof of purchase
